Comarch's streak of good news continues. The company was, once again, appreciated by the creators of the prestigious Gartner report. Comarch proves that it has permanently entered the group of the best suppliers of loyalty solutions.
The report "The Gartner CRM Vendor Guide, 2018" focuses on the contemporary landscape of CRM software. Gartner calculated that revenues from CRM systems in 2017 alone accounted for over $ 40.7 billion and by 2020 they will become the largest segment of the software market, overtaking even data management solutions. Researchers also paid attention to the adaptation of solutions to the new European GDPR regulations on personal data protection and to the growing requirements in multi-channel customer experience. Gartner also predicts that by 2022 the role of Artificial Intelligence, visual and voice search and video-based technologies in customer management will increase.
Gartner has selected 23 suppliers from around the world, including Comarch, who have an integrated vision for bringing loyalty, customer advocacy techniques, and customer acquisition and retention together in a multichannel marketing framework. It is worth mentioning that Comarch is the only Polish company that has been included in this list. In addition to loyalty solutions, Comarch has also been included in the group of the best Field Service Management applications providers.
